Our solution

Ekolet Bag Loo is an odorless, easy-to-use and easy-to-maintain toilet. It does not need electricity, water or additives to function. Water and toilet paper can be used in the system. The waste drops into a filter cloth bag inside the toilet. When full, the toilet container can be wheeled to an emptying site. The full bag is dumped out of the container and replaced with a new bag. The full bag is left at the emptying site for after-composting. After a suitable period of time, the bag contents will be transformed into fertilizing soil. The bags are reusable. See video.
